I have been working with Harriet every week for well over 10 years. She is amazing. Completely focused, thoughtful, energetic and kind. She arrives at every session with a plan for me, but is also flexible to my state of mind or body. I owe my physical and mental flexibility to the work she has put in and made me put in. Following demand from my team, a couple of years ago I offered weekly access to Harriet to all the team. Harriet has provided each member of the team with an individual training programme to meet their physical wellbeing needs. This has had amazing effects. We have fewer absences and a more happy team. Also the dynamic of the whole team has improved as a direct result of the time they individually spend with Harriet. The wellbeing of the team has improved, the team dynamic is better and the atmosphere of the office is more optimistic.

I started working with Harriet weekly after not exercising much due to work and family commitments. Within only a few weeks of attending regular sessions I noticed my posture improving and my breathing being calmer. Harriet always modifies our sessions to how I am feeling physically as well as emotionally on the day of our session. She has built up knowledge of the strength and weaknesses in my body and we work on these accordingly. Over the past few years my posture has improved dramatically, I have increased strength and flexibility. Overall having regular sessions with Harriet has not just improved my physical wellbeing but also improved my body awareness and confidence. From a work perspective, I find it much easier to sit at a desk for longer periods of time and I feel calmer in myself and manage stress better than I did before.
